Eleanor Mowery-Sheets and her team from Coldwell Banker Paula Stringe in Dallas, TX are constantly on the alert to provide a real service. Such as the unique free service of the moving van. 

Put into operation a year ago, the 14-foot white van has blue trim and Eleanor's likeness painted on either side of the trailer and  it quickly has become a part of the neighborhood. Always on call the van is available for any charity - so far it has been used  to take slightly worn clothing to Goodwill, haul Christmas carolers, transport supplies to street fairs, flowers to Children's Medical Center, antiques to a new home and even a piece of sculpture to its new location. 

"It is a great idea for moving things that the owner wants to keep an eye on or for overflow from the moving van."- said Eleanor. "We do a lot to show our clients we care about them like having their first dinner prepared and delivered at the end of that awful moving day.  This is just another thing we can provide to make their transition from the old home to the new one as hassle-free as possible." 

The van is also available to co-op agents to serve their clients.  It just came back from a fellow agent who borrowed it for a client whose home burned.

This is what I call a SANE marketing strategy!
